And really, what YOU want is a huge tent for the services, you just want them all to have only your ideals; you’re trying to group people into the same bunch and make the same religious rules based on what you’re comfortable with. THAT’S WHY THEY HAVE DIFFERENT CHURCHES. My church even has an early mass for the older folk (with more old-timey songs), then a later (modern) one for younger people, and it’s in no way disrespectful.

And you know what? Everyone would prefer you to not keep commenting on this, and I’m sure there’s a lot of people who want you to go yourself. But we don’t have any control over that do we. So if you have a problem with the way a group of people has a wedding then DON’T GO TO THAT CHURCH AND STFU, just stick to your traditionalist Nazi-church and leave well enough alone.

If you paid any attention to what I started out my messages with then you would have seen that I DO ATTEND CHURCH YOU ILLITERATE, LEARN HOW TO READ. And nope, I arrive everywhere on time, dressed modestly and clean cut, and I’m an extremely respectful person and just pray and sing along (and not because thats what Im supposed to do, but because I love God). I really am conservative in my church service. It’s southern Baptist, so it’s pretty strict.

steviedidit~ Please tell me how throwing papers all over God’s holy church is being respectful? Would you go into someone’s home and start throwing paper all over the place? What was the purpose of that? Yes, the dancing was VERY sexual. Thrusting those flowers up and down was way too sexy for church!The guy standing on his head with a flower in his mouth was really inappropriate! He wasn’t even the one getting married!Why would he do that?

to anyone complaining that this is disrespectful to god… what is disrespectful about dancing, humor, fun, or happiness? this is a celebration of their love. i found it absolutely euphoric. how is it disrespectful to god? they werent dancing dirty and the song had no swearing in it. they are all celebrating something special. when the bride entered, it was magical! maybe god is bored with the classic wedding ceremonies
