whats the best online florist to send tulips to manila? how much they charge for delivery?

i prefer a reputable florist whos been in business for a long time.

   I can’t tell you a good one, sorry. But I do have some advice. Stay away from 1-800-flowers
   They have a tendency to never deliver the flowers and then not give you a refund.
